CRDC Signs leases with The Container Store and iPic Theaters in Waypointe Norwalk, CT

The Container Store has taken 24,307square feet; iPic Theaters has taken 42,058 square feet. This 144,000 square foot center enjoys impeccable access, as it sits at the intersection of I-95, Route 7, Route 1, and the Merritt Parkway. District Center at Waypointe, formerly Loehmann’s Plaza, will be completely redeveloped into an upscale entertainment and retail destination for residents of wealthy Fairfield County.
