Charter Realty recently renovated the center. It received a full face-lift and new parking lot. The center has an expanded Shaw’s of 70,000 square feet. Additionally there is a Marshalls of 40,000 squa- re feet. The center has an office component that will also become completely renovated. Charter will stay on for the leasing and management of the center.
