Charter Realty & Development Corp. is pleased to announce it is leasing four Regency owned centers.

Merrimack Village Center is located at Continental Boulevard & Camp Sargent Road. The 91,692 square foot center has tenants that include Shaw’s, Supercuts and Quizno’s. Spaces starting at 1,200 square feet are available.

Amherst Street Village Center is located Amherst Street & Cellu Drive in Nashua, New Hampshire. This 48,300 square foot center has tenants that include Petsmart, Walgreen’s, and Cold Stone Creamery and is adjacent to Target and TJ Maxx. Spaces of 1,200 – 2,000 square feet are available.

Speedway Plaza is located at Route 9 & Otis Street in Westborough, Massachusetts. BJ’s Wholesale Club and Stop & Shop anchor the 185,279 square foot plaza. Other tenant’s include Quizno’s, Olympia Sports, The UPS Store, and Radio Shack. Stop & Shop will be undergoing a renovation. There is currently a space of 1,200 square feet and a potential pad site available.

Twin City Plaza is located at 22 McGrath Highway in Cambridge/Somerville, Massachusetts. This 300,000 square foot center has tenants that include Shaw’s, Marshalls, McDonald’s, Brooks Drugs, K&G, and Dollar Tree. A space of 3,820 square feet is available and divisible.
