Greenwich, Connecticut based Charter Realty & Development Corp. is pleased to announce it has signed Webster Bank at Shaw’s Plaza located at the intersection of Routes 95 & 1 in Stratford, CT. Webster Bank will be building a freestanding branch in the parking lot adjacent to Home Depot. The 300,000 square foot development included Home Depot, Wal-Mart and Shaw’s. The site took 5 years to develop. Charter owns the Shaw’s portion of the site. This deal is the 2^nd Webster Bank that Charter has signed.
