Greenwich, Connecticut based Charter Realty & Development Corp. is pleased to announce it has signed Lowe’s in the Crossroads Plaza located at Foster Road and Waterford Parkway North in Waterford, CT. Lowe’s will be taking a 138,000 square foot store and will replace a closed Ames as well as several small stores. Lowe’s has obtained all approvals for the new store and construction will start immediately.

The 300,000 square foot center also includes Bob’s Stores, BJ’s Wholesale Club and Regal Cinemas. The project has frontage on Route 95 and is adjacent to a recently completed Wal-Mart Supercenter. Crossroads currently has a 4,000 square foot unit left.

This Lowe’s deal represents the 7^th Lowe’s that Charter has completed.
