Greenwich, Connecticut based Charter Realty & Development Corp. is pleased to announce it has signed Home Depot in South Brunswick Square located at Route 1 & Wynwood Drive in South Brunswick, NJ. Home Depot has received all approvals and construction of the 130,000 square foot store has begun.

South Brunswick is a development of WP Realty. Home Depot will be joining Stop & Shop and Bob’s Store in the 300,000 square foot center. A completion date of late 2005 is expected. Home Depot will be locating in a former Macy’s furniture space and 11 small stores that will be demolished.
