Greenwich, Connecticut based Charter Realty & Development Corp. is pleased to announce it has sold the Old Ames in Woodsville, NH. The property was acquired by Shaw’s Supermarkets and Charter represented the Shaw’s in the sale as well as the buyer, a local businessman. The building was 56,000 square feet. Charter Realty has disposed of more than 18 former Ames stores.
