Charter Realty & Development Corp. is pleased to announce it has signed a 18,000 square foot Dollar Tree in a portion of the former Shaw’s at Lisbon Street and South Avenue in Lewiston, Maine. There are over 32,000 people with in the trade area.

This represents the 20^th Dollar Tree deal Charter has signed with the retailer.

Additionally, Charter signed a deal with Chapter 11 stores for the balance of the Shaw's store.  Chapter 11 operates several stores in Maine.
