Greenwich, Connecticut based Charter Realty & Development Corp. is pleased to announce it has signed a 8,664 square foot Famous Footwear at Townline Square in Meriden, Connecticut and a 7,000 square foot Famous Footwear at the New London Shopping Center in New London, Connecticut.
This represents the 8th and 9th deal Charter has signed with the retailer.
