Signs Tractor Supply in Bridgeview Plaza

Greenwich, Connecticut based Charter Realty & Development Corp. is pleased to announce it has signed a 30,000 square foot Tractor Supply store in a portion of the former Ames in Highland, New York. This store will be joining a Hannaford Bros. Supermarket as well as an expanded 20,000 square foot Dollar Store. Bridgeview Plaza is a 163,000 square foot center. There is still a 21,000 square foot anchor position available in this center. There are 500,000 people with in the trade area.

This represents the 2^nd Tractor Supply deal Charter has signed in 2004.
