Charter Realty & Development Corp.

& WP Realty Redevelop Saranac Lake Plaza

Greenwich, Connecticut based Charter Realty & Development Corp. and WP Realty has begun developing the 100,000 square foot plaza in Saranac Lake, New York. The center is located on Route 86 and formerly contained an Ames store.

The redeveloped center will have a Tops Supermarket, Ace Hardware, Dollar Tree superstore, Advance Auto, Radio Shack, Rent-A-Center and a Dunkin’ Donuts pad.

The center will be 100% occupied. The plaza will be receiving a new face-lift including the façade, pylon sign, lighting, and parking lot. Construction has begun and will be completed in late 2004.
