Redevelops Lincoln Mall & Signs Target

Greenwich, Connecticut based Charter Realty & Development Corp. and WP Realty are pleased to announce the redevelopment of the Lincoln Mall. Located on George Washington Highway in Lincoln, Rhode Island. This 500,000 square foot project will be demalled.

A new deal with Target has been signed for the former K-Mart space. Additionally a new lease with Cinema World for a 55,000 square foot 14 screen theater and a new Party City and Expanded Marshall’s will be joining the mall. Most of the enclosed mall will be demolished. These tenants will be joining Super Stop & Shop, Home Goods, Pay Half and Ocean State Job Lot. Additional new leases have been signed with Hollywood Video, Cold Stone Creamery and Chili’s.

Construction has begun and the renovated and demalled project will be completed in early 2005. Several small stores and one anchor position are still available.
