Leased 54,000 Square Foot Bob’s Store – Newington, CT

Greenwich, Connecticut based Charter Realty & Development Corp. is pleased to announce that it has leased a 54,000 square foot store to Bob’s (a division of Marmaxx) in Newington, Connecticut.  Located in Newington Commons, Charter sublet the former Media Play store to Bob’s.  Bob’s will be joining Shaw’s, Michaels, Petco and Party City.  Newington Commons is located on Route 5 in the heart of Newington, Connecticut.  Charter represented Bob’s in the transaction.
