Completes Shaw’s Supermarket Development, Worcester, MA

Greenwich, Connecticut based Charter Realty & Development Corp. is pleased to announce that it has completed development of a Shaw’s Supermarket in Worcester, Massachusetts. Located on Grafton Street in Worcester, Massachusetts, the Shaw’s opened a 70,000 square foot superstore.

The development represents the culmination of more than three years of governmental approvals associated with the necessary entitlements. The site consists of approximately nine acres and was an assembling of eight different parcels.

The Shaw’s store will be the latest prototype and will contain its Wild Harvest department.

This Shaw’s development represents Charter’s 7^th active development underway in Massachusetts at this time. Charter Realty currently owns and operates over 11,000,000 square feet of space throughout the East Coast.
