Charter Realty & Development Corp. Completes Medway Commons

Greenwich based, Charter Realty & Development Corp., has completed the development of Medway Commons shopping center. The 120,000 square foot plaza is located at the intersection of Routes 109 & Holliston Street in Medway, Massachusetts. The construction of the center was completed in June.

The Plaza opened 100% leased. It is anchored by a 70,000 square foot Star Market. Other Tenants include Blockbuster Video, CVS, Starbucks, McDonalds, Subway, Kabloom, Liquor World, Especially For Pets and many others. The development of the Plaza took over 3 years.

Medway Commons is on of 7 centers Charter Realty built in 2004. Charter Realty currently owns 12 Shaw’s/Star Shopping Centers throughout New England.
