Begins Construction of Shaw’s in Dartmouth, MA

Greenwich based, Charter Realty & Development Corp., is pleased to announce its newest development. The company has begun construction of a new Shaw’s of 70,000 square feet on Route 6 in Dartmouth, Massachusetts. The plaza also will contain a Hollywood Video, Fleet Bank and several other small Retailers. Charter acquired an existing undersized Shaw’s as well as 6 separate lots over the course of 3 years. A new 70,000 square foot Shaw’s is under construction. Once the new store is complete, the old store will be demolished and the parking lot and common areas will be incorporated into the overall center. New common area renovation will be completed and include new lighting, parking lots and landscaping.
