Signs Lease with Shaw’s to Expand W. Bridgewater, MA Store

 

Greenwich, Connecticut based Charter Realty & Development Corp. has signed a lease to expand a Shaw’s store in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts from 42,000 square feet for a new state of the art 68,000 square foot super store.  The store is part of the 176,000 square foot Bridgeview Commons.  The center is also anchored by Big Lots.  The property is owned by WP Realty.  The center will also be receiving a full renovation.
