Corp., is pleased to announce that it has leased 5 stores totaling 50,400
square feet in Amenia, New York, in Food Town Plaza. Food Town Plaza is a 110,000 square foot plaza owned and
anchored by Foodtown. The
center is located on Route 22 in Amenia, New York.
Tractor Supply Company leased 29,000 square feet of the former Ames in the
plaza. Tractor Supply is a
430-unit chain based in Tennessee. Family
Dollar leased 8,900 square feet of the former Ames and Priceless Kids
leased the balance of the Ames space.
In addition Curves for Woman leased 5,400 square feet of space and the
Bank of Millbrook has leased an out-parcel.
Construction has begun on these tenants who are expected to open
later in the year.
