Leases Shaw’s Expansion – Southbury, CT  

Greenwich based, Charter Realty & Development Corp., on behalf of Miller-Favazzo has leased Shaw’s a 15,000 square foot expansion of their store in Southbury, Connecticut.  The Shaw’s store is part of a larger plaza that includes Staples, The Gap, Chico’s, Ann Taylor and many others.  Construction for the expansion is expected to begin later this year.  Shaw’s took over this store from Grand Union and will be renovating as part of the process.
