Greenwich based Charter Realty & Development Corp. is pleased to announce that construction is under way for Shaw’s Plaza located at the intersection of Route 37 and 39 in New Fairfield, Connecticut. The Plaza is anchored by a 70,000 square foot Shaw’s Supermarket. Other tenants include Fairwood Liquor, Starbucks, One Stop Dry Cleaners, and New Fairfield Tanning & Nails. One 1,500 square foot space is still available. Construction is expected to continue thru the summer with an opening of stores by October.
