Breaks Ground in Medway, MA  

Greenwich, Connecticut based Charter Realty & Development Corp. is pleased to announce it has broken ground for Medway Commons in Medway, Massachusetts.  The 120,000 square foot shopping center is located at the intersection of Route 109 and Holliston Street in the Town of Medway, Massachusetts.

The center will be anchored by a 70,000 square foot Shaw’s Supermarket.  The center will also contain 3 out parcels and 15 stores.  The center has been precommited for over 95% of its space.  Additional tenants include McDonalds, Liquor World, Especially for Pets, Subway and numerous others.  Charter expects the center to be open for business by mid 2004.
