Former Shaw’s to Dick’s & Guitar Center  

Greenwich, CT based Charter Realty & Development Corp. is pleased to announce that it has leased 50,000 square feet to Dicks and 15,000 square feet to Guitar Center in Orange, CT.  Charter represented the landlord, Shaw’s Supermarket, and Sullivan Hayes represented Dick’s and EMB represented Guitar Center.  The tenants will join Lowes who also anchors the center.  Both tenants expect to open in early 2003.
