Sells Former Red Lobster for a Walgreen’s  

Greenwich, CT based Charter Realty & Development Corp. has sold the former Red Lobster restaurant in East Hartford, CT for a Walgreen’s.  The 1.5-acre parcel was part of the Charter Oak Mall located on Silver Lane in East Hartford, CT.  The seller was WP Realty and the buyer Realm Realty.  Walgreen’s has received full approvals and will be under construction in March.  They will join the fully leased plaza, which contains Burlington Coat, Stop & Shop, Big Lots Dollar Tree and Radio Shack.
