Greenwich, CT - January 28, 2002  - Greenwich, CT based Charter Realty & Development Corp is pleased to announce that it has acquired the 15,000 sq ft Shaw’s in Stowe, VT.  Located on Rte 100, the project sits on three acres.  Shaw’s recently took over the space from Grand Union. The property represents the second property that Charter has acquired in Vermont in the past year.  The company just recently acquired the Manchester Shopping Center located in Manchester, VT.
