Rail Road Furniture signs lease for 21,500-sq. ft. in Jordan Lane.

Greenwich, CT. based Charter Realty & Development Corp. is pleased to announce that with the assistance of the Proto Group, it has leased to Rail Road Furniture, who will join a recently opened A.J Wright in 26,000 sq. ft. and Sally Beauty Supply in Jordan Lane Center. Rail Road Furniture will lease 21,500-sq. ft. in Jordan Lane, which represents the company's 4th location in Connecticut. Stop & Shop, Big Lots, Dollar Tree and Fashion Bug anchor the center. The shopping center is located on Jordan Lane and has 216,000 sq. ft.
