Charter Realty Brokers deal with Home Depot in Brewster, NY

Greenwich, CT. based Charter Realty & Development Corp. has brokered a deal with Home Depot to locate a new unit in Brewster, NY. The 135,000-sq. ft. store will be part of a new center to be developed by Hendon Properties. The Home Depot store is currently under construction and will be open this fall. The center is also to be occupied by Linens & Things as well as a department store. This deal represents the second that Charter has completed with Home Depot.
