Charter Realty & Northwest Atlantic bring Costco to Norwalk, CT.

On May 9th Costco wholesale opened its long awaited Norwalk, CT location. The deal was years in the making and resulted from the combined efforts of Brokers Charter Realty & Development Corp. and Northwest Atlantic Partners as well as developer Stanley Seligson. The eight-acre property was formerly home to Framatone USA and was rezoned and approved for Costco.

 

Costco constructed a 135,000 unit with two levels of parking. Additionally, Stanley Seligson constructed a freestanding retail building tenanted by Kinko's, AT&T and Pier One.
