Greenwich, CT. based Charter Realty & Development Corp. is pleased to announce that it has leased 78.522 Sq. Ft. to the Burlington Coat Factory in Kingston, NY. Burlington Coat will be occupying a store that was most recently occupied by Caldor. The shopping center, located on Rte. 9W is owned by Tarrytown based Gibraltar Management, Burlington Coat expects a fall 2001 opening. The store is currently under construction.

 

This represent the 4th deal that Charter Realty has signed with Burlington Coat in 2001, the others were in Woonsocket, RI, Garden City, NY and East Hartford, CT. Charter Realty currently acts as Burlington Coats Exclusive Broker in the northeast.
