Land Area: 1-50 Acres

Geographic Area: Northeast & Mid-Atlantic States

Submission Should Include: Property Boundary and Topographic Survey (if available), Assessor's Tax Maps, Property Cards, Utility Information

Investment Structure: Depending upon return of deal, Charter will acquire its development sites all cash; joint venture with existing owners; or tax deferred type transactions
