Rob Demerski
Mr. Demerski has been actively engaged in real estate brokerage since 1984. Joining Charter Realty in their newly established Boston, MA based office in 2003 his primary focus has continued to be the sale and leasing of retail oriented properties throughout the New England region as well as retail tenant representation. Mr. Demerski’s former Real Estate affiliations were with The Triad Group Inc. located at 930 Commonwealth Avenue in Boston MA and Peter Elliot and Company LLC located at 260 Franklin Street also in Boston MA.
Mr. Demerski’s strengths and experience are attributed to the following history of assignments:
- Retail Property sales - Freestanding boxes and shopping centers
- Retail Leasing - Existing retail space and Land
- Tenant Representation - Identifying prospective markets/space relating to tenants requirements
- Disposition of surplus properties pertaining to failed and/or downsized retailers
- Land assemblages for retail development and/or single end users
- The creation of value through highest and best use analysis
Mr. Demerski has completed transactions with retailers from all categories of the retail industry.
Mr. Demerski holds a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University.
